Tipsy Chick started with a surfboard and a craving. Our founder, Lee, left Taiwan to chase the waves in Bali, but he brought his obsession for the perfect crunch with him. After years in kitchens across Asia and a “research” trip eating his way through the best fried chicken in Taiwan and the US, he finally perfected the ultimate recipe.

But we didn’t stop at the chicken. To elevate your experience, we brought in Zack Zhou, a cocktail specialist from the 2-Michelin-starred RAW in Taipei. Zack uses his fine-dining expertise to craft premium tea-infused cocktails that are as sophisticated as they are refreshing.

At Tipsy Chick, we’ve blended world-class culinary techniques with a laid-back island soul. Whether you’re here for the secret-recipe crunch or a Michelin-Inspired drink, you’re part of the family.
